1. We do not have the refund or exchange policy. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.We do not accept subjective reasons for return / exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation, size cannot be fitted, changing mind, etc. If Out Of Stock, we will refund 100% amount to you. We will not refund for any shipment late Please be understand that sometimes we will face problem in custom. This is out of our control.

2. Colour might be slightly different with the picture due to setting of the monitor, we will state the actual color of the item.

3. Buyer should allow within 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

4. GV Boutique offers "pre-order" services, which also meant that items will Arrive in Malaysia in around 10 working days.

5. All items are brand new and in good condition,check before post out to customer.

6. We will only shipping your items after the payment has been made.We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.

7. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Skynet courier requires signature upon delivery.
